General Terms and Conditions for Software Licensing of NuptPlayer.

§ 1 Scope & Subject Matter

These Terms govern the licensing and use of the software application "NuptPlayer" provided by Daniel Seibel. NuptPlayer is a software application designed for playback of user-provided playlists on Android TV and Google TV devices.

§ 2 Content Disclaimer & Lawful Use

(1) The provider supplies exclusively the player application software. No media streams, television broadcasts, movies, series, or playlists are included or distributed with the software. All screenshots, promotional visuals, and interface previews displayed on this website contain mock / demonstration sample data solely intended to visualize the user interface.
(2) The user warrants and agrees to only use playlist URLs and streams for which they hold the necessary rights or legitimate authorizations from copyright holders.

§ 3 Licenses & Device Limits

(1) NuptPlayer Plus is licensed for private use.
(2) The 1-Year license grants authorization for up to 3 television devices simultaneously.
(3) The Lifetime license grants authorization for up to 5 television devices simultaneously.
(4) Device IDs may be reassigned and unbound within the customer portal.

§ 4 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Goods (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB)

For contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the consumer has expressly consented that performance begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that by giving consent they lose their right of withdrawal once download or activation has begun.

§ 5 Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
